The Elliott Museum was built by Harmon Elliott to honor his father, Sterling Elliott; both men were prolific inventors and the museum exhibits a number of their inventions and possessions. Located on Hutchinson Island, incredible ocean views are part and parcel of the museum experience. Included in the museum is an extensive collection of American antiques, baseball memorabilia, decorative arts and vintage automobiles, as well as artifacts pertaining to local and Florida history.
